For impact and versatility, there's nothing like a tent! Barron's Rental Center has over 15 years experience in the rental and installation of tents for every type of event. Our trained staff of Special Event Coordinators can provide a free survey of your site and determine your space requirements and tent options. We ensure that all utility companies are contacted and all lines marked before we begin the installation of any tent.

We can also assist in the planning, layout and design phase through our Computer Assisted Design (CAD) system. You will be able to visualize your special event from several perspectives. Barron's is the only rental center in northeast Georgia that offers this service to our clients. We will be able to provide you with a blueprint for your function, including an overhead view, and 3-D views from anywhere inside or outside your tent. We also carry a full line of tent accessories including: lighting, tent liners, flooring, staging, and side walls; and we can handle your heating or cooling needs.

Cocktail Parties (stand up) 5 to 6 sq. ft. per person

TENT TYPES

Party Canopy
A lightweight covering designed to shelter against the sun or light rain. Includes on or more center poles. Designed as a do-it-yourself tent. Not intended to stay up for extended periods of time.
Frame Tent
A professionally installed party tent consisting of a canvas or vinyl top stretched over a metal frame and containing NO center poles.
Epic-Style Pole Tent
A heavy duty party tent made of canvas or vinyl supported by poles around the perimeter and in the center. This tent is characterized by a spacious interior and high peaked roof. Pole tents offer excellent floor planning and decorating possibilities. They are also excellent shelters against bad weather.
Marquee
A long, narrow tent structure used mainly for sheltering walkways, buffet or bar lines, or defining an entry to a tent.

When planning a tent event, there are many factors to consider: versatility, comfort, style, and overall impact. All of these play into planning a tent event. For an elegant look, we offer a heavy-duty vinyl tile flooring. Your dance floor can be in all white, all black, black and white checkered, or oak parquet style. Edging, delivery and pick-up is included for all dance floors in the Athens area. For outdoor dance floors we will build a sub-floor to ensure stability at no extra cost.
