Customer Responsibilities

Inspecting equipment before leaving store.
Loading, unloading and securing equipment.
Customer will be charged for misuse, breakage, or damage to equipment.
Driver’s license and local identification are required for rentals.

About Renting

All charges are for time out, whether used or not, so make your selections carefully.

Party Rentals

We offer a special service to those interested in tent and table rentals for party. Our Computer Assisted Design program allows us to create a spatial representation of the tent and table set-up to create a “blue-print” for your function that allows you an overhead and 3-D view from anywhere in and outside your tent. We provide this service for free to interested customers.


Most price quotes are for a one day charge. If you desire to use rental items for a longer period, please call our office for long term rates.


For party rentals, customers who pick up or have delivery on Friday and return the items by Monday at noon will be charged a one-day charge for the items.
For construction and homeowner rentals, customers who pick up or have delivery on Saturday during our store hours (8 a.m. to 12 p.m.) and return by 9 a.m. Monday will be charged only for one day of rental.


Delivery is available at a nominal fee in our regular delivery area. For charges to other areas, please call our office. Deliveries are made during normal business hours (see store hours for details). After hours delivery can be made for an additional charge.
Special containers are provided for your china, silver, glassware, etc., to insure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged, sparkling and “table ready.” Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place upon delivery.

Pick Up

All china, silver, utensils, etc. should be rinsed food free and repacked in the same containers as delivered. Linens should be free of debris and dried to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs should be folded and stacked ready for pick up.
All items should be assembled in a single location as specified above and ready for pick up. Not meeting these conditions will cause additional fees.

Set Up and Take Down

Our delivery services include only set up of tents, dance floors and staging.

Loss or Damage

Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessee from time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. We do charge for missing or broken items.


No reservations are taken online or by email. All reservations are made by calling the store (706-543-3486) or by visiting our store during store hours.
Building a quote through our web site is for informational uses only and is not a reservation.
All rentals are paid in advance to secure the reservation. We accept cash, check and major credit cards.
No cancellations are accepted.

Store Hours

We invite any and all customers to visit our showroom and store located on 340 Hawthorne Ave. Athens, GA 30606. Within our showroom we have on display many samples of linens, tables and place settings, and other décor.
Our store hours are:
Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
